We are seeking a full time EXPERIENCED maintenance tech to join our team for Timber Trails, a 200 unit apartment community located in Cincinnati. Applicants must be experienced in general apartment maintenance, appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry. HVAC and CPO a plus!
Interested individuals must have reliable truck, own hand tools, and availability to rotate on-call responsibilities.
Hours are Mon.-Thurs. 8:30-5:00 and Fri. 8:00-4:00. Rotating weeks of on-call responsibility.
